Blast, an Ethereum L2 with native yield, launched Mainnet with over $2.3B in TVL
@Blast_L2 has officially launched mainnet. Early access to #Blast started in late November, letting users start earning yields via bridging and Blast Points. Over 180k early access users already put over $2.3B in TVL onto the protocoI. Users can now withdraw their funds with the launch of the live mainnet. The ability to redeem Blast Points starts tentatively on May 24th.
Recently, Blast finished its #BigBang competition, with more than 3,000 teams participated in this event. 50% of the future $BLAST #airdrop, called Blast Gold, will be allocated to participated protocols. Most of Blast Gold protocols earn is expected to be distributed to users, to incentivize use of dApps.
Blast was created by co-founders of #NFT marketplace @blur_io, which has conducted massive $BLUR tokens airdrops for users. Previously, Blast has raised $20M in a funding round backed by @paradigm, @standardcrypto, and @egirl_capital.
