can anyone recommend *cheap* foods that can become new safe foods that are quick and easy to make daily and high protein bc rn eating chicken nuggets DAILY for lunch and dinner is becoming too expensive and i feel a lil guilty *+icked out*eating so much meat too… im begging plz

today was challenge fear foods day i had a sweetened latte (the sticker isn’t my order but it’s close i had 1 pump vanilla, 1 pump caramel, 1 pump sf caramel, and almond milk+choco chips.) ANDDDDD fast food which i never have but i gotta get over the fear of it too.

thank goodness i recovered bc when i was actively disordered posts like this are what encouraged me to get to bmi 15s and 14s bc i have knocked knees and wouldn’t have an “unposed” ankles together thigh gap until i was damn near 70lbs but cool let’s focus on nonissues like this

if you have to pose to make a thigh gap, you do not have a thigh gap. thigh gaps aren’t objective you either have one or you don’t. if i suck my stomach in all day.. do i suddenly not have a pudge? bodychecks are for personal use and shouldn’t be for fishing compliments.
