@AvantiWestCoast the team on your 1.32 pm train today from Chester to Euston have been noting short of brilliant. Give them all a pay rise- so helpful with an issue I’ve had with lost luggage (my fault) and been so supportive and helpful- train manager, catering manager + team

Disgusting treatment from @easyJet this morning and the most unhuman staff @Gatwick_Airport 1 minute late to the gate - bus not left for at least 5 minutes afterwards and they wouldn’t allow us on. Two different families with 5 bags between us in the hold. Doesn’t make sense
