I've come around to the realization that Elytras are by and large one of the worst additions to Minecraft because they entirely eliminated a pillar of base building (especially on servers) by making literally every other transportation method redundant once you get one

Penpal by Dathan Auerbach. An entire childhood charted by a stalker and a slowly dissolving best friendship. Managed to feel more confident and literary than other creepypastas. Equal parts off-putting and sentimental. Would be the best Stephen King adaptation King didn’t write.

(1/9) Some Resident Evil fans really want to defend RE5's honor, but I think it's possible to very much enjoy the game & also acknowledge it's got racist depictions. I've beaten RE5 over 30 times , & it's inarguably racist.
But I do think RE5 is ignorant rather than malicious.

A big talking point about this game was “well it takes place in Africa so naturally you have to shoot some black people” and like yeah. Then the enemies turn into literal spear chucking tribal savages that go ooga booga at you and it all falls apart.
