@StephenM It wasn’t self loathing and self denigration, Stephen. It was acknowledging that the rest of the world needed help. It came from a place of acknowledging that America was strong and wanting to help those that were weaker so that American values could translate there.

It is spreading. It is not confined to one side or belief system. It should terrify us all. The foundation of a free society is the ability to participate in it without fear of violence.
