#CPR saves lives. Looking out window, guy collapses. Run to see if I can help, no signs of life, start CPR. He left in ambulance, sitting up and talking. I’ve only practiced on a doll before, today it made a difference. Everyone should know how to #savealife

Please, please, please register your #defibrillator #AED. If we don’t know you have one we can’t give you the support you need/deserve that we’d like to should you use it. #bystanderCPRsaveslives

If you have a defibrillator I your place of work, please do check it every so often. Best to have a routine check regularly scheduled. They typically require replacement pads every 2 years, and a battery every 4-5. 1 in 4 I check has either out of date pads or flat battery.
