Brother… you seem very passionate about the topic but let me add some clarity to my statement. in a state sponsored program the state standard is the standard. PA HAS RATE LIMITS on the thc that cant go past 19%. They’re selling light deps in our dispos. The fuckin weed is awful. I dont need to visit every single dispo to form an opinion when the standard is the standard. I know people with their own grows that sell in dispos who dont smoke it bc after 5 days it stopped getting them high.
