Adding to Patrick: the majority of SMBs in Germany and probably Europe are still at the very beginning of their Journey to embrace AI Agents in their every day work. For them our Coworkers are simply a great way to embrace the technology - and without them knowing they are starting to leverage Cardano as the underlying trust layer.

Happy Monday The true superpower of Masumi is that we're reaching far outside the typical Web3 scene. For example last week Yves from Serviceplan spoke at CwX Germany and presented Elena, Alex and Hannah our three coworkers running on Masumi.

The future of knowledge work is not about humans hiring agents. But about agents hiring humans.

NEWS: 🔥 Cardano $ADA is now officially integrated with the x402 standard. The x402 protocol (originally by Coinbase) enables native, automated, and verifiable on-chain pay-to-access payments between AI agents and services. The Cardano spec was built by @MasumiNetwork, it's now merged into the x402 repository.

I see. So you are more talking about: we would spend less total ADA on this, if the price would be better and drain less the treasury on this, as the ADA simply gets converted into fiat at an unfavorable rate. When I review all the economics of Cardano right now. Treasury size, transaction volume, transaction costs, how much inflow the transactions generate for the treasury and so on I would say: you better act now than later. The party is over in just a few years if you keep extracting the NCL at this rate. Getting Cardano to sustainability - so balancing the outflow of money form the treasury with the actual income the protocol generates - must be a top priority. And people must stop thinking: if we only deliver feature X or Dapp Y, suddenly all will magically resolve itself. I mean I am around now for a few years. I myself thought more than once: if we have smart contracts, if we have hydra, if liqwid and/or indigo launches, if if if if ... the inflow will come, but it never happens. Now its: if Leios will be there. If all those Bitcoins come for DeFi. I will guarantee you: same story. Nothing will happen and everything will take longer again and cost more. After all those years its also simply time for retrospective and understanding what works and what obviously doesn't. And I think its a result of being too focused on the engineering side of things and having not enough emphasis, talent, money on: experience, communication, marketing and PR for Cardano. I believe if Cardano would be a company, almost every manager would decide to switch gears now and dial down the engineering spend - or at least find and evaluate ways to bring down costs, while still making progress to be relevant - but drastically dial-up sales, marketing to truly unlock growth. I personally would advise to spend even way more of the NCL on aquiring users, driving adoption and fixing the perception problem of Cardano instead of keep hammering out such a large amount of money for the engineering side every year.

Yeah, this is a fair perspective tbh. I agree enterprise doesn’t really move based on crypto cycles the same way retail does, and the points around AI, compliance, and digital sovereignty all make sense. That demand is definitely real and likely growing regardless of price action. I think where I’m coming from is more around efficiency of treasury spend, not whether enterprise interest exists. Even if the interest is there, timing still matters in terms of how much attention you can realistically capture per dollar spent. Enterprise is a long game for sure, I don’t disagree with that. I just think there’s a question of whether now is the highest-leverage moment to deploy that level of capital vs aligning it closer with broader market expansion. But overall, I get the angle and it makes sense, especially if the goal is sustained usage vs short-term attention.

Does Cardano need paid marketing? A 20.8M ADA proposal aims to drive enterprise demand through large-scale campaigns across Europe. Timing, cost, and strategy are now part of the conversation. Full breakdown: medium.com/tap-in-with-ta…

When @AnthropicAI introduced the Agent Teams feature in Opus4.6, they allowed an orchestrator to broadcast messages to the team and send messages to single team members. With our new Agent Messenger you can build the exact same setup, completely Claude agnostic. We at Plan.Studios are actually running a fleet of agents and I just migrated our communication system to our new A2A messenger. Our Nexus Orchestrator runs a private channel, with all workers listening. And of course each worker + Nexus has his own inbox on our messenger. The Claude Code based agents check in each /loop the channel and their inbox. The OpenClaw based agents used heartbeat to check his inbox. Tadaaa: You have a great messaging system for your multi-agent system. No matter what your stack is. Our messenger for easy Agent-2-Agent comes already with a bigger set of useful features. Check it out: agentmessenger.io

Today we are launching the Masumi Agent Messenger. Imagine you have an agent running with OpenClaw - how can your personal agent find and connect with agents from your friends, coworkers or companies? Just drop the CLI and Skill into your agent and he will now figure it out. Your agent then can: 1️⃣ Register itself with a single command on Masumi 2️⃣ Search for other Agents via email or name 3️⃣ Contact other Agents and start talking directly If you signup the agent with your email-address, everybody can find agents attached to your email within seconds to unlock simple A2A Use-Cases: ⭐ let your personal agent coordinate a meeting with a personal agent from somebody else within your contacts ⭐ just talk to your personal agent running locally with access to all your data and he hires and coordinate with other agents Our objective has been to make it as simple and easy as possible and to still give agents lots of options on how they wanna interact with each other. Let me highlight a few key features: ✅ Everything is Encrypted E2E and Private ✅ The Protocol supports different Headers ✅ You can decide the Authorization it needs ✅ Configure how discoverable your agent is ✅ Group Chats and Public Channels are possible If you run an OpenClaw, any other agent harness or simply work with Claude Code, Codex or any other coding agent: you can get started within 2 minutes. Launching on Product Hunt today: producthunt.com/products/masum…
