Right now, if we include non-slate delegates who prefer a candidate in 1st, I think we're at the following:

I'm not at liberty to share exact numbers but early delegate returns are VERY promising for Troy Jackson - even in areas where he did not perform as well in the gubernatorial election. He may have this locked up by tomorrow evening, or even later this afternoon.

@davidslosttt I get why the idea of one secular state is appealing but I fear it wouldn't correct many injustices like decades of stolen settler land. Also the political divide along religious and ethnic lines would be insane. Two states in the borders of 1967 seems the most feasible solution.

@ALleftist It can make a massive impact on low profile races (house/state leg) when a big part of winning is just getting voters to know you. But in high profile elections ads have really diminishing returns.

I’m not as worried about ads on air anymore because I just feel like nobody is paying attention to ads let alone political ads anymore. Like Steyer spent 150,000,000+ than anyone else and still got a distant 3rd

@realcamrob1 @TroyXanh @PollTracker2024 Yeah, NC and GA are very expensive for early primary states. I just fear that SC Republicans will eliminate Clyburns seat in 2027. I can't imagine the DNC will keep the SC primary in an early spot if that happens especially with swing states like GA and NC in the mix.

And I wouldn’t want one of those two as early sites because if you shit the bed there, the narrative becomes can you win the state in the general.
