@KentROSystems So it has been more than a day since I first received your tweet… I still have NO REVERT, NO SERVICE and the INCONVENIENCE continues. NO REVERT on MAIL also. PATHETIC AFTER-SALES SERVICE to the say the least. Only lip service and no result. Request No- 241102-04062.

@KentROSystems I have done that at least 5-6 times in the last 8 days. 1st complaint raised on 2nd Nov. The engineer assigned refuses to come & says that a new engineer will be assigned. Customer Care says that we have raised an urgent request and put this on priority but even then nobody comes

@KentROSystems Unfortunately the whole day has passed and we still have no call or update from the service team. Proves my point on the pathetic after sales service. I had also sent a detailed mail on the email provided by you even then no response.

It is the Jharkhand Tourism Policy, 2021- present state govt notify for eco-tourism

And I am not sure what and how central govt will do something in this matter in 72 hrs coz domestic pilgrimage is entirely state subject comes under state list of schedule-7.
