Hey @BostonLogan, is it annoying that @AmericanAir has held up B14 that was supposed to take off at 9:30est? Total incompetence from top to bottom. The gate agents are especially incompetent.

@BostonLogan I bet it’s very frustrating that @AmericanAir 3240 is holding up B14 indefinitely. They won’t give us any more info for a flight that was supposed to depart at 9:30am est. Now “delayed” to 5:30pm est. What incompetence.

Starting to seriously rethink flying with @AmericanAir. The bullshit only builds. Flight 3240 is delayed?? We got on, waited for an hour, deplaned, and now the drones at the desk may as well be robots repeating nonsense. Not their fault. Do better!

If you fly through @Reagan_Airport, don’t expect competence, especially in the new terminal where there’s a regularly expected delay of at least an hour. It went from one of the most efficient airports to one of the most dumbfoundedly stupid operation I’ve ever seen.
