@RickAnderson The story is not wrong. I doubled checked with Professor Gagnon after Dr. Strang made his comments. The team didn’t know at the time of collection but they now say it was omicron. Gagnon says Strang may have been talking about HRM wastewater & he is talking about Dal tests

Question for ⁦@pambermancbc⁩: Unlike it’s headline, this article stops short of saying the data prove this November spike was actually early Omicron (a surprising revelation) or late Delta cases (not surprising). Does this testing identify variants? cbc.ca/news/canada/no…

I've been holding my opinions on re-opening campus in Fall 2020 - mostly because I have mixed opinions myself. Today, I am extremely disappointed in StFX University following the release of this document.
