To have a better relationship with flexibility and try to make it fun for me I am going to do 30 days of yoga starting tomorrow (Sunday). I'll post about each day for accountability. I'd love to have people join me if it sounds fun to you!

@rissa_bubbles I’m starting with the Couch to 5K program so that I don’t burn out/injure myself 😅 I think it’s about 6 weeks, but I’ll still likely run “my own” 5K before I sign up for an official race 😂

@rissa_bubbles I’ve been trying to take a walk each day at lunch, even if only for 10-15 minutes. It breaks up the day a bit and it’s helping me to ease into a routine again. My goal is to run a 5K this summer! … I will have to attempt some Yoga flows to keep me from injuries! 🤔🧘🏻♂️

Fridays will be rest days for me. Because rest days are important and it will help this not feel overwhelming. Feel free to join occasionally or in whatever way you would like! Even cheering me on would be super helpful 💙
