@DCoulbourne Fair, but what’s weird I only ever listened to u2’s post 2000’s albums and mostly listened to radioheads pre 2000’s albums so im clearly not in tune with most notable works lol
English

@DCoulbourne Going to name some big ones that haven’t been said yet:
- Muse
- Limp Bizkit
- Rage Against the Machine
- Queens of the Stone Age
English

@DCoulbourne My guess is Foo Fighters, but I might be wrong about the 2000s part, the most money part and the permanent drummer and guitarist parts
English

@ryanshipswell I’d argue their best work was in the 80s but let’s compromise on 90s
English

@DCoulbourne My first thought was Metalica, but I'm not sure if you would say the late 90's or early 2000's were their "most popular music".
English

@snellingio I don’t think U2 counts. Most notable work was not in the 2000s, unless you count that album Apple forced into everyone’s phones
English

@DCoulbourne U2 probably right?
Dave Matthews Band feels big but not big money. Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers would also be up there for me.
It’s tough because they would either need to be mega stars or tour the entire 2000’s.
English

@DCoulbourne RHCP
Green Day
Metallica (replaced bassist though)
Phish?
English

@laroymike Yeah I had to make an executive decision for the uber driver that Green Day is a 2000s band.
English

@DCoulbourne Tough one. Other guess would be Linkin Park or even Green Day (is American idiot more famous than Dookie?)

@laroymike I think a drummer change is ok, it just can’t be a backup musician for a pop star
English

@DCoulbourne Was gonna say Nickelback too but I think they've had a drummer change?
