Our camp is loading up on another sector even more hated then REITs and energy, probably even bonds. It's trading at all-time lows and Warren Buffet is long.

WOW. Nice move in REITs today off a modest decline in bond yields from a high level. Imagine what happens if the Strait do open up and USTs fall? Hasn't been my thesis for some time. The Road of Broken Hearts is full of REIT bros who bought because rates were going lower.

I believe he is correct with this comment. We need to do more to support the bottom half.

Yes, the United States has the most progressive tax system in the world. The top 1% pay 40% of taxes, the bottom 50% pay 3% of taxes. We can make it even more progressive by zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. It’s a small amount of the total tax revenue but very meaningful to people in this group.

Has Chip just been trashing $LULU because he actually is taking it private via $AS?
There's zero financial debt on it and you could fire the entire marketing department overnight.
$LULU trades at 9x and $AS at 42x, massively accretive. What's $LULU worth with proper management?
