@MaheshZagade07 Yes, true, there is global democratic decline due to populist agendas bankrupting everything. Hybrid regimes are an emerging combination of autocratic features with democratic ones and can simultaneously hold political repressions. This is leading to chaos.

Contrary to the notion that today’s youth are swayed by superficial “WhatsApp University” knowledge, their profound thought and mature understanding offered a reassuring glimpse of their intellectual promise.

I recently addressed an assembly, primarily law students, on “The Health of Global Democracies.” All but one opined that democracy worldwide is weakening, a concern they deeply shared.(1)

@MaheshZagade07 Lack of monitoring mentality has derailed the implementation of RTI, the sun shine law of the country. Our legal system provides all checks and balances but there is an implementation deficit at evry stage. Section 4 ....proactive disclosure if done in spirit,things will improve

कायद्याचा अभ्यास करणाऱ्या पदवीधरांना आज संबोधित केले. हि पिढी प्रगल्भ आहे, मात्र लोकशाहीच्या मूल्याबद्दल त्यांना सचेतन करण्याची नितांत गरज आहे.

कायदा लागू होऊन १८ वर्षे झाली...कार्यलयीन कामकाजाचे संगणीकरण झाले. आता सर्व शासकीय संगणक Public domain आणावीत(गुप्त बाबी खेरीज करून). त्यामुळे हा कायदा किंवा अशा शासन निर्णयाची गरजच भासणार नाही. @CMOMaharashtra @mieknathshinde
