here affirms the expert group is for classes without a role IMO. Expertise mostly goes to combat related boosts in the end anyways, be it on athletics, acrobatics, or stealth. Perhaps this highlights the lack of game in the exploration pillar. What do you think? 3/3.

class being added to the expert group. Ranger has always been a full fighter. Now it's also a 1/2 caster, and now expert? Traditionally the "skill junkies" were the thieves and bards. They had important roles of trap finding and fast-talking respectively. Adding the Ranger 2/3

@MasteringDnD for the #TweetBag It may interest you to know that @JeremyECrawford was lead designer on Blue Rose: it has 3 classes - warrior, EXPERT, and adept for magic. Perhaps this design worked before? Why not reuse it. That aside, my query is regarding the Ranger 🧵1/3
