@FAANews unfortunately people just don't listen, they should have it taken from them or be heavily fined in an emergency, putting others at risk for their selfish behaviour.

In the event of an emergency evacuation, every second counts. Flight crews are elite safety professionals trained to move passengers off an aircraft in seconds. Passengers must listen to their instructions and exit the aircraft immediately leaving all carry-on items behind. Any delay risks the safety of everyone on board. Leave the luggage!

Fascinating because the word early on was the board was divided, with DD, MN & CF in opposition to all the other NED’s. If that’s true (I hope it is) it indicates DD finally listening to opposition voices. MN apparently offered his resignation but convinced to stay. I’m assuming DD did the convincing. Since Jim Henson died, it’s been difficult to source a good quality puppet! I thought initially they’d stick it out to spite us, but it appears the level of abject failure with 77m in the bank, player values disappearing down the toilet, merch sales plummeting, protests outside & inside the ground, the realistic prospect of a boycott, & hostility from the entire stadium, including the padded seats, was finally beyond the pale. Now let’s hope the folk we can’t trust to get anything right, appoint some folk we CAN trust to turn this toxic tanker around. No family members. No charlatans. Nobody out of their depth. No taking the easy path & crony/nepo appointments. Let’s see some impressive CV’s for the manager & in particular head of recruitment.

FAA Statement The Federal Aviation Administration issued an Emergency Airworthiness Directive (EAD) for certain Airbus A319 and A320/321 airplanes. The EAD requires replacing or modifying the software that controls the airplanes’ elevator ailerons. The EAD is effective immediately.
