@paulhardware I'm no EE, but this might explain why the pics we've seen had melty side pins but non-melty center pins. Half of the current is going down the two side pins! That's 12.5 A on each of the side contacts. Honestly, I think it'd be safer if they did bridge all the solder joints.

@ChaseSupport Your support agents have been giving me the run-around for 3+ hours. We booked a ticket with Chase Sapphire Rewards and the Delta agent at the airport has no record of it. On a trip planned for months, this is extremely upsetting.
