Participation from the #NEAR community in the NDC has been abysmal. It doesn’t seem right to create the framework for a massive community governed initiative right now The focus should be towards onboarding and retaining users, devs, etc. @NEARFoundation can’t pawn that off yet

People need to be incentivised to become a part of this ecosystem whether it is as a builder or as a user. Currently there are hardly any incentives for builders and probably even less for users.

We have great and dedicated people on this ecosystem who are helping to spread the word about $NEAR around the world. Take the time to get to know your ecosystem, the people who are invested in it and support it.
