NOTHING SAYS ENTITLEMENT LIKE HYPOCRISY! In 2000, Al Gore was winning Florida on Election Night until the GOP fought for 36 days to count thousands of late-arriving overseas and military absentee ballots to put Bush on top. This disruption started when Trump claimed he won on Election Night 2020 before the math was finished, creating chaos we’ve never seen before. Today, in Bush v. Gore fashion, three of George W. Bush’s former attorneys—John Roberts, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett—sit on the Supreme Court hearing a case to throw out your mail-in ballots in 14 states if they arrive even one day after Tuesday. Joined by Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Neil Gorsuch, they didn’t care about "Election Day" being a hard deadline when they were working as lawyers waiting weeks to crown Bush; they only care now because mail-in math doesn't favor them. The curtain has been pulled back. These partisan actors have been owning themselves for years. It was never about "integrity"—it was always about the scoreboard. They don't want an election; they want a coronation.

According to documents filed this morning by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of NY, ICE has been lying for a year — not only to the public, but to the courts and to prosecutors — about being authorized to make arrests at 26 Federal Plaza and other immigration courts. This is genuinely a bombshell. All courthouse arrests should cease immediately. There should be a Congressional investigation & civil rights actions for every illegal abduction of immigrants trying to follow the rules and appear in court.

@erikfinman @BasedMikeLee The ONLY way to end the filibuster is to go back to BEFORE the filibuster came into being TO ENSURE that NEITHER political party can misuse it! Otherwise, the Senate GOP, who's in power NOW, will get what it wants for, AT LEAST, the next 2-1/2 years!
