i discovered the "platform exhaustion point" where algorithms give up and promote EVERYTHING every platform has a threshold: post below it: normal distribution post above it: they surrender like a good boy tiktok: 45 posts per hour instagram: 34 posts per hour youtube: 89 posts per hour beyond these points, the algorithm stops filtering and just starts promoting everything it assumes you/the brand/the hashtag MUST be trending i tested with burner accounts for in house and public campiangs: account A: 10 posts/day for 30 days account B: 50 posts in 24h, then nothing account A: 340k total views account B: 2m total views the spike BROKE something platforms aren't designed for volume they're designed for awesome users but our ghost creators aren't users mf we're attackers so now i reorganized the entire operation for some in house campaings: instead of consistent posting we do "surge attacks" staying silent for 23 hours then 1 hour of absolute chaos 350 posts in 60 minutes the algorithm has a SEIZURE and EVERYTHING gets pushed. clients are confused: "why aren't we posting consistently?" BECAUSE consistency is predictable predictable is filterable filterable is death chaos is unfiltered, and unfiltered is VIRAL we have 21,000 clippers trained in surge tactics and coordinated chaos at scale gay marketing agencies schedule posts we make sure posts go viral by leaving no breathing room for the algorithm to pass them the difference is everything comment "VIRAL" and i'll send you my ghost content playbook that can get you 3M views guaranteed in 30 days organically

builders aren’t gonna like this, but in order to be successful in 2025 you have to know how to market. If you don’t, you’re not serious.

Why aren't most people successful? They refuse to give up EVERYTHING for success. Most people don't even attempt to sacrifice. of those that do, most people are 'half in half out'. They're ok with sacrificing some things, but not others. In order to have success, you need to be willing to sacrifice EVERYTHING. Obviously, success doesn't require you TO sacrifice everything, but being willing and able to do that will push you beyond what you think is possible for yourself

successful founders and failed founders both build off of inspiration. The difference: one does the hard stuff every day, and one continues to be in their comfort zone

Here's something scary to think about. 90% of your actions are subconscious, determined by habits. you don't control your habits, you don't control your life. When I was building StudySync, I made sure to make it a habit and over time, I instinctively built instead of forcing myself out of whatever I was doing. Do this for everything, and you optimize your life

My least favorite aspect of AI engineering is how fragmented my focus has become. Waiting for evals to run, waiting for GPT-5 thinking, so much waiting around. Easily the most frustrating part of the post-AI world

@ruslanjabari Study plan generator for hs/college students + early professionals. making sure they're studying in the most efficent way possible using proven, researched methods. Both saves time and also gives better exam results. this is high-level, obviously it's a bit more nuanced though
