Why aren't most people successful? They refuse to give up EVERYTHING for success. Most people don't even attempt to sacrifice. of those that do, most people are 'half in half out'. They're ok with sacrificing some things, but not others. In order to have success, you need to be willing to sacrifice EVERYTHING. Obviously, success doesn't require you TO sacrifice everything, but being willing and able to do that will push you beyond what you think is possible for yourself

successful founders and failed founders both build off of inspiration. The difference: one does the hard stuff every day, and one continues to be in their comfort zone

Here's something scary to think about. 90% of your actions are subconscious, determined by habits. you don't control your habits, you don't control your life. When I was building StudySync, I made sure to make it a habit and over time, I instinctively built instead of forcing myself out of whatever I was doing.
