Cat's out of the bag ◡̈ Over the past six months, we've been quietly working on a second app! Halo is a habits app for iOS with a companion AI habits coach (think: "James Clear in your pocket"*). We just started beta testing and are hustling to get into the app store ASAP, probably next month. Reply here if you'd like to help beta test (soon) or be notified about general availability (October). *credit to @gregisenberg for this tagline

We are thrilled to announce that our NEW Large Language Model will be released on 11.18.25.

I unfortunately don't know much about mobile app and desktop software dev so I'm genuinely asking: WHY DO ALL COMPANIES RELEASE iOS/macOS PRODUCTS FIRST/ONLY??? How hard is it to release Android and Windows versions of your product? Recent example is the Sora app, which is only released for iOS, with Android coming later. This means Android users like myself cannot do Cameos, and are missing out on the internet moment. I've seen many other products that are iOS/macOS-only and it's really frustrating that I cannot use them at all. Why would you purposefully cut out like half of the population who can use your software?! How hard is it to take a little bit of extra time to add Android/Windows support to your products? I thought companies like OpenAI have the best coding agents and tools... why don't they just use them to port over their software to Android and Windows?! Seriously, what is the limiting factor here, I must know.

What a pain getting into Sora 2 in France, but thanks to @plexormedia I just got in!! I’m having too much fun creating with my cameo. Imagine how wildly this could change industries, personalized ads starring your cameo wearing new clothes Anyway share & like for codes 😚

Sora 2 by @OpenAI is finally here and its results have been creating a frenzy among people who can’t wait to put their hands on this new version. What makes it so appealing?

For our most tricky disagreements, seeking the truth isn’t the best place to start. Reverence for the truth might have become a bit of distraction that is preventing us from finding consensus and getting important things done.” 🤦♂️
