@pliability_ Referring to the mobility stretching. How can I activate that so my stretches are more active and less static.
I don’t have an option to adjust this. Long story short, I want to focus on mobility and not static stretching. How can I do that?

Fuck it. Since got the squad on this thread let’s play customer. @pliability_ it is unclear to me how you start this mode. Do you have to take the mobility test in order to turn this mode on. Very transparently, I’m the type of customer who would have skipped the onboarding for this if there was one. So do you have to take the mobility test in order to turn this thing on? This may only be a me issue but maybe an opportunity for your team to make this more well known post sign up as well even if an idiot like me skipped it? I share this feedback from a perspective of someone who just wants to help because I was very close to churning since I didn’t know that. Glad @SahilBloom was able to enlighten me because I ain’t trying to lock in when it comes to my joints and movement and would love for you guys to win in that category. Makes me so sad seeing adults my age waddle around this all inclusive I’m at right now.

@SahilBloom That wish I started years ago reaction is universal with mobility. It feels unnecessary until you do it for two weeks and realize how much tension you were carrying. Ten minutes a day is right around the threshold where the compound effect starts to show.
