TRANSPARENCE AU FEDERAL : En catimini, sans l'indiquer à l'ordre du jour, les députés de la Commission Intérieur du parlement de la Chambre ont voté le mauvais projet de loi du gouvernement Vivaldi porté par la Ministre Annelies Verlinden (CD&V). Le gouvernement et les députés de la majorité s'opposent à rendre les analyses de la Commission d'Accès aux Documents Administratifs (CADA) contraignantes comme c'est maintenant le cas pour toutes les autres CADA du pays (Bruxelles, Flandre, Wallonie,...). En d'autres termes, le gouvernement et les députés de la majorité défendent un système qui oblige les citoyens à aller au Conseil d'Etat s'ils veulent forcer une autorités fédérales à respecter leurs droits constitutionnels à la transparence (art. 32 de la Constitution). De voltallige regering steunt hem daar (voorlopig?) in. ➡️Het gaat niet goed met de Vlaamse media en onze democratie als alleen @hln_be dit enige aandacht geeft. @plosson @langchain You're right and this isn't ideal. We're open to alternatives including 1. letting users run our lambda function locally and 2. simply run an open source/free chatbot service like GPT4ALL locally.

@catherinefonck Tout est question de proportionnalité. Il reste la recommendation. L'obligation est une mesure disproportionnée et n'a pas lieu d'être. Libre à chacun de se protéger si il en ressent le besoin.

J’ai du mal à comprendre. Qu’on le veuille ou non, la #Covid19 continue à circuler. Mettre un #masque ds un lieu intérieur fréquenté est inconfortable mais permet de ↘️ la circulation du virus, et dc de ↘️ l’apparition de variants, et de protéger d’autres personnes fragiles.
