@plotankar499 If markets are stable, it would outperform this year and next year. Debt has reduced, more divestments in pipeline, orderbook is good, only execution is lagging. Unless a major market correction comes, this year it should cross 200 and next year aim for 300+

#liquidity #dangers We often talk about the need for having liquid funds/assets to utilise it during needs, emergencies etc But there are many dangers/downsides of it, if we dont have complete control of our emotions. And it is very difficult to have 100% control on emotions, since we are human beings.. Liquidity issues (assume we have it in FixedDeposits/MutualFunds).. 1) Taking out money and trying to beat FD/MF returns - Trading losses, bad investments - We can easily lose 30-40% of money if things don't go well as planned 2) Setup and Run a business - A successful business can give multibagger returns & continuous cashflows; But only 20-30% business become successful; Rest may end up in losses, apart from huge physical & mental efforts/emotions 3) Overspending - May be tempted to overspend thinking we have more money than needed; Like gadgets, jewellery, expensive bikes/cars, foreign trips 4) Social Pressures - Friends & relatives may ask for money looking at our lifestyle. If they know we have liquid funds, it will be even more difficult to handle. Difficult to say NO forever when we have liquid money 5) Online scams & frauds - There are tons of ways people are scammed now a days. Its just a click of a button or link for our decades of hard earned funds to disappear 😭 Then what to do??? 1) Be it trading, investing, running business, giving loans to friends/relatives, spending on wants/luxuries - always use (taking out from liquid funds) only that much money which are willing to lose without impacting our current lifestyle & future expenses. Very difficult, but need to define that boundary 2) To avoid getting into scams/frauds, distribute your funds across multiple banks, multiple investments & follow all online safety practices 3) If we make good returns out of liquid funds, instead of investing again in liquid funds, try to divest some funds and invest in income earning real assets (rental yield). Even if returns are lower, your capital is protected as these are kind of illiquid assets

Works on the very long pending Vidyavihar flyover are now targeted for completion on August 31,2026 said @mybmc Currently around 80% of the work has been completed. Vidyavihar flyover will connect Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Road with Ramchandra Chemburkar Marg and will comprise a two-lane carriageway. The project also includes direct pedestrian access from the flyover to the foot overbridges at Vidyavihar railway station. A new pedestrian connection is also being provided within the railway premises through a staircase linking the station to the adjoining service road.

This includes gases, specialty chemicals, precision tools, packaging, testing, and many other critical materials needed to manufacture chips. More than 25 companies have already applied for land, while firms from Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan are exploring investments. Projects by Tata Electronics, Micron, CG Semi, and Kaynes Semicon together represent investments of over ₹1.24 lakh crore. One company I am tracking closely is Kaynes Technology. This is not a recommendation. I already have a small position and have been holding it for years. Most stake I trimmed when there were OCF issues and slowdown in growth. I am watching how the company executes over the next coming quarters before deciding whether to increase my allocation. This is an important shift because no country can build a semiconductor industry with fabs alone. A strong supply chain is what creates a complete ecosystem. It brings jobs, reduces import dependence, and attracts more global investments. If India gets this right, semiconductors could become one of the country's biggest manufacturing opportunities over the next decade.

Guys keep money ready for orient green. It can give u multiple return. But don't be in hurry to buy. It has resistance around 8. It should give lc in between 7 to 9. but that would not be strong enough. I will share strategy how to buy. Dont immediately. But must buy
