This video exposes the "Sure Shot" visa scam in real-time. The 4-step fraud pipeline: The Scout: A fake applicant "harvests" the exact interview questions for the network. The Kickback: Insiders use their position to land interviews for unqualified "buddies" in exchange for cash. The Shell: A Green Card holder fronts the company and "Silent Partners" run the fraud from the shadows. The Puppet: An unqualified candidate is prepped to parrot the script. Watch what happens when the script fails. The "Senior Developer" persona collapses the second the interviewer asks a follow-up. This is how "Body Shops" bypass US vetting to commit massive billing and visa fraud across both the private and public sectors.

Imagine how much differently things would be going if every time we saw one of these mass layoffs Congress was told to stay home and the next day 10% of them randomly lost their jobs, insurance and future earnings. Unless you’ve lived it, it’s hard to understand the emotional stress these layoffs have on workers and their families. When it comes down to it, it doesn’t matter what you’ve delivered, how hard you’ve worked, the sacrifices you’ve made - you are just a number on a spread sheet, waiting to be replaced by cheaper labor. Until we - as a nation, decide to protect our labor market, stop offshoring and stop giving big capital tax-breaks, they will maintain all the power and continue consolidating wealth. If you work at Meta, I’m sorry you’re going through this. Just know that your efforts built Zuckerberg a giant bunker in Hawaii and he doesn’t give two shits about you or your family.

@HumanByProxy I made it several rounds and felt the same way - then I started speaking out against what was happening and that ensured I was marked for deletion.

@PlumbNick Any time a company lays off any workers, they should be barred from hiring foreigners for five years.

Day 3: Sangam Supermarket. After two days of passing by and seeing fresh produce and dry goods sitting outside, sandwiched between two banks of dumpsters, in 90 degree weather - I thought surely it wouldn’t happen for a third day. I was wrong and it’s actually worse than I originally thought. This isn’t a dwelling delivery waiting to be brought it, it’s food being brought out of the backroom to be being stored in the elements. Watch as their staff brings pallet after pallet of food outside and then remove items from the pallets to take back inside for their customers to purchase. While observing, a light rain even began to fall on the food being warehoused outside in the elements. Mind you, this isn’t a third world nation - this is North Houston, where the TFER clearly prohibits just about everything you’ll see in this video. How far do we have to allow standards to fall before the @HoustonHealth or @hcphtx take action against this grocer? Why are they allowing careless actions and blatant disregard for public health controls to become standard operating procedure for this business? @GregAbbott_TX Is this the type of business you are proud of bringing to Texas? Is this what you meant when you said, “Texas will be a land for the Indian community?” We don’t want to see Texas become the third world - please take a stand for public health and basic common sense. Stand by for part 4.

@PlumbNick That's a head-scratcher. Maybe it's the already-expired items?

@pjozolin No, I’m rooting for the American worker. If cuts are going to be made, it should be the temporary foriegn workers cut first.

The Sangam Supermarket Saga in North Houston continues… I was going to leave it alone for the day, but the rain picked up a bit and I was curious to see how they planned to handle all the pallets of groceries and produce they had pulled out and parked between their dumpsters. Part of me thought maybe they would condense the pallets and pull them back inside, but given what I’d seen over the past two days - I wasn’t surprised to see they just put a tarp over them and called it good. As I was leaving the area - I saw a man come out from the backroom and pull his phone out like he was taking a video of my license plate. So, I stopped with the intent of explaining what I was doing and why I was doing it. No need for him to have to try to figure out who I am. This video is of my interaction with the store owner. @HoustonHealth @hcphtx Our community trusts you to enforce public health standards, I’ve done all the work for you - please just close the loop now and pay this business a visit on Monday.

@DavidRitterskam @Bade_BhaiSaab Same. I filed a compliant and called to verify that it was assigned to an inspector. I’ll pull records at the end of the week to see if anything came of it.

@Bade_BhaiSaab @PlumbNick @PlumbNick go watch some videos of how they prepare food over there. once you get done vomiting you'll understand why this is no big deal to them. i mean, I've literally seen them prepare food by scooping water out of the gutter.

@tlanderso Yeah - we wouldn’t want someone to cause a scene as their life falls apart in real time and definitely wouldn’t want those making the decisions to actually witness the heartache they’re causing.

@PlumbNick Someone who has a couple million dollar mortgage in the Bay Area and gets laid off can get bad in an office environment. At home you lay them off and don’t let them with their badge enter the building.

@Bade_BhaiSaab Rather than arbitrarily defending third world food handling practices, take a look at what their customers are finding in their groceries after they take them home. Maybe then you’ll realize why we have standards in America. x.com/zepharp90942/s…

@nikitabier @rahul The issue is more the data network behind the cameras than it is the cameras. The fact cameras are installed using an antiquated law which didn’t consider a multi camera, city wide net of searchable images is the problem.

@rahul I don’t know how we got to the point that license-plate reading became a debate around civil liberties, but it makes no sense and it’s costing lives.

Last year, the city of Austin turned off their Flock cameras as the result of a targeted misinformation campaign. This weekend, for nearly 24 hours, three suspects drove around Austin in stolen vehicles, undetected, conducting a shooting spree at 12 separate locations. They shot multiple people, houses, apartment buildings, businesses, and fire stations. They committed multiple robberies and car thefts during the spree. Despite a full manhunt involving 200 officers, with helicopter and K9 support, they weren't able to locate the suspects, and the spree continued. Luckily, the suspects drove into the Flock-supported city of Manor, TX. Manor is a small city with ~20k residents, and a fraction of Austin's budget. What they do have is modern technology and the ability not to fall victim to misinformation campaigns. After the suspects drove into Manor to continue their shooting spree, Manor PD located them almost immediately. The residents of Manor stayed safe. This is a tale of two cities. I love Austin. I have plenty of friends who live there. I myself almost moved there years ago. I'm glad that the shooting spree is over, but I just wish it never happened.

You guessed it - I posted part 4 where I chat with the owner who admitted to knowing these were violations but that they weren’t a big deal. He said first violation they’ll tell him to fix it and then maybe on second he’ll get a fine. It seemed like it was all just the cost of doing business for him.

@Zzzzzzq8y @PlumbNick I'm sure the health officials have better things to do, like hunt down and prosecute anybody who reported these poor marginalized brown lawbreakers.
