Club 5k Handicap was well attended last night with 26 runners. Gary Cambridge took first place. Jo Collins finished strongly in second place and Emma Killick ran very well to take third place and the highly sought after shower gel! Duncan ran the quickest time 00:20:24

Plums "in the country" for the annual Summer Beer Run. Great day with some amazing people in glorious countryside. Six pubs and 12 miles (or so!)

Plumstead Runners fielded three teams for the Swanley Relays. Everyone seemed to enjoy the racing. A really well organised event from Swanley AC!
