Spoke to a teacher from New York. Makes $140,000/yr with a 10 month schedule. Retires in 2026 with ~ $90,000/yr pension + full health benefits. Traditional careers like this can be game changers. Why aren’t more people doing this?!

So far it hasn't dropped my ketones. They're still at 2+ in the mornings. My ketones increase as the day goes on. Ketones Improve My Schizophrenia.🧠

Today’s Activity 💪 Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Big day 🍀🍀🍀‼️‼️‼️ 22 Hour Fast Morning and Evening Sun 30 Minutes of Morning Movement Outside Focused Breathing. I tend to take shallow breaths. One Meal Today Antipsychotics no longer work to treat my schizophrenia. I’ve been tapering off my geodon for 2 years. Withdrawals have been difficult. Medical Keto helps. I’ve been taking 20 mg of geodon. - I used to take 80 mg. Lately I’ve been showing signs of being over medicated AGAIN. I’m sick of it. Side effects from my geodon are getting worse. - drug potentiation. I’m hitting curbs when driving. This is due to depth perception problems from drug induced Parkinsonism. If I don’t drop my antipsychotic I’ll start choking on my food. Drug induced Parkinsonism sucks. I’m lowering my geodon tonight by 2mg. My pharmacy doesn’t have geodon in anything smaller than 20mg capsules. So I’m making my own. This will be cheaper. I don’t have to wait for it to be made or shipped from a compound pharmacy. When you can’t eat it’s kinda an EMERGENCY ‼️ I ordered a scale, parchment like paper, and empty capsules. Today I started taking 18 mg of geodon. 18 mg is the lowest dose I’ve ever been on‼️ I’ve taken it for 18 YEARS. I’m excited to see who I am again without meds. Hopefully I’ll be off by summer. Identifying underlying metabolic issues should help speed up my taper. Medical Keto is allowing me to safely taper off psychiatric meds. 🙏🍀🤞
