@TheParkheadF Iraola is an ambitious manager and a quality tactician. Ambitious and Celtic don’t go hand in hand I suspect he will go to Athletic Bilbao his boyhood club
Andoni Iraola is set to leave Bournemouth at the end of the season, currently earning around £1.5M a year.
For context, Brendan Rodgers returned to Celtic in June 2023 on a deal worth roughly £3M per year making him the highest-paid manager in the club’s history.
That puts Iraola well within our financial reach.
For me, we would be absolutely crazy not to at least ask the question and put a serious offer on the table for a manager of his quality.
Just to be clear this isn’t a rumour, just common sense.
A freed up Rory McIlroy swinging freely around Augusta has been class. Tournament far from over but he’s taken a big step to going back to back. -12 could be the winning score and he’s there already… #TheMasters
Billy, this is Tiger Woods. He has amassed 15 major championships, is tied for the most PGA Tour wins, and has spent over a dozen years as the world’s number one golfer. His only defect is he cannot operate a motor vehicle.
RIP Michael Lyster ❤️
Loved this 2018 RTÉ Tribute to him on his final day hosting The Sunday Game.
He fronted the panel so well for 35 years.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
Poor final round from Aberg but that’s why Sawgrass is so good. Gutted for Fitzy not to win but FairPlay to Cam Young some tee shot and putt at 17 #Playerschampionship
