@Scaife51 Not so much tonight, but him being suspended away to Palace would have been more significant.

Havertz not getting a red card tonight is beyond lucky. Not saying Burnley go on and get a result from there with the man advantage, but who knows! After years of hearing Arsenal fans on here saying the league and PGMOL are against them…

@financial_shaw @paullewismoney Hegarty tried ‘robo-advice’ with Habito. In 2023, they almost went under, needed emergency funding and laid off half their staff. If he truly believes AI can replace humans, why did he abandon the business he believes is best placed to do so?

@paullewismoney No it can’t. But the danger is people thinking it can. A little knowledge is dangerous and all that.

@AdamCrafton_ Fulham at home was the only time in 11 games that Arsenal have scored more than 1 goal. They won’t care, but the entertainment value is rock bottom.

Lesser discussed point… Arsenal haven’t conceded a goal from open play in 5 games since the defeat at Man City. That’s pretty amazing given the tiny margin for error at such a tense time in the season.

@CWeatherspoon_ Big net spend, players in the 26-27 age profile coming to peak age and minimal re-sale (Eze, Gyokeres, Zubimendi). Rolled the dice and it worked

@AdamCrafton_ Wouldn’t say that beating this calibre of opposition is an incredible achievement: Sporting - 3rd in Liga Portugal and 9pts off 1st Leverkusen - 4th in Bundesliga and 25pts off 1st Atletico - 4th in La Liga and 25pts off 1st

Nice to see those Arsenal players looking light and actually enjoying themselves after appearing so heavy and stressed in recent weeks. Incredible achievement to take the season to this point even.

We'll keep hearing about this unbeaten run, but an unbeaten run where you draw as many games as you win is not actually a good run when you're Liverpool. It's just not as shite as what we had before.

@Victoria_Spratt Tenants don’t pay more tax than landlords with mortgages, which is 62% of landlords. Reeves conveniently omitted that from the statement. The knock-on effect of this and the Renters Rights Bill is much higher rents.

Tax threshold freezes mean there will be 780,000 more basic-rate tax payers, 920,000 more higher rate tax payers, and 4,000 more additional-rate taxpayers by 2029-30. Part of one of the most consequential long-term tax changes in our history. And it's been going on for years.

@OoChuckles @olofinjanas @rudkin_abigail You’re absolutely right. Two things Arsenal have never achieved - 97pts and winning 6th Champions League, was a total disaster. Bigger bottle job than 22-23 if Arsenal don’t see this out. Twitter, or the iPhone, didn’t exist in 2004 so it will be great year for the AFTV cult 👍🏻

@pmcobb @olofinjanas @rudkin_abigail 18/19 - first club to be crowned champions in January and be out of the title race by April. Biggest bottling experienced 19/20 to make up for the disaster Liverpool pleaded for officials to come to their aid throughout the season. Not sure what you're trying to contest...

@OoChuckles @olofinjanas @rudkin_abigail Counting Community Shields as Arteta winning a major trophy 🤣 Liverpool got 97pts in 18/19, Champions of Europe for the 6th time, then went and got 99pts after winning 26 out of first 27. Finished 18pts above City. I’m sure you’re right, it was solely down to officiating 🤣

@pmcobb @olofinjanas @rudkin_abigail There is a vast difference. Liverpools covid title in 19/20 was on the result of them screaming for help from officals and var. Without their dependence on officiating Liverpool, finish 5pts off City. Arsenal weren't dependent on officials to win their 1st of 3 major trophies

@olofinjanas @rudkin_abigail 25pts clear with 9 games left, before it went behind closed doors. I suppose that means Arteta’s FA Cup, and only trophy in 6 years, also doesn’t count?

@DaleJohnsonBBC @slbsn The only reason Bernardo Silva is there, is because the keeper pushes him as the ball is in flight. If the keeper has to physically move the player, how can he not be interfering?

After last night's article, it's worth showing the clear difference between the Liverpool offside, and Man City's goal v Wolves which was onside through VAR. At no point is Bernardo Silva near the flight of the ball. Andrew Robertson ducked out of the path of the ball.
