You don't have to pay to get to the Giant's Causeway. People think you have to pay at the visitor centre but you can just walk past.

This petrol/diesel discussion has been very illuminating; thanks to everyone who has joined in. You dieselists are a defensive lot. Yes torque, yes mpg, yes energy density, blah blah blah. But you know, don’t you, deep in the deserted carport of your hearts, that when you reach for the black nozzle at the fuel pump, everyone around you looking on feels a pang of pity for you. And you feel one for yourself.

Your income tax, national insurance, council tax, energy bills, water bills, and shopping bills are all going UP. People are thousands worse off. We’re in a Labour cost of living crisis.

@sarahlezito I think you are brilliant. Generally people don’t realise/appreciate the time and effort it takes. Wish I had a 10th of your skill though…..

I see a lot of people commenting without even reading the caption or checking who I am. I’m a professional stunt rider, a movie stunt double and a content creator. I play characters, I create staged scenes because that is literally my job. Everything is planned, supervised and controlled. But even with all that, some people still rush into the comments to throw insults without understanding what they’re actually watching. Before getting angry, judging or making accusations, take a few seconds to look into what you’re seeing. It avoids a lot of unfairness and it shows respect for the people who spend time and energy creating entertaining content. And everything here is real work. It’s real riding, real effort and hours of preparation. There is never any artificial intelligence in my videos. I don’t blame anyone, but I kindly remind you to be careful with what you think you’re seeing before judging, because reality is not always what it looks like.

@anon_opin In this day and age correspondence should be via email in the first instance and physical post by request. The council seem to specialise in sending me post to be answered in a short timescale - I work away, they won’t put me on email.

I use a Kindle because it makes the letters bigger. I've asked the council, my bank, and others to send me letter in a 24pt font. Will they? Of course not. We should have a legal right to legible text in official correspondence.

Yorkshire Water has completed the installation of 100km of new water mains across the region in the 1st 7 months of a 5 year project. Mains in North Yorkshire, North Ferriby & Jump are among the new sites. The £406m investment will see more than 1000km of new mains laid.
