Out at Eternal Weekend last week, it was great to meet up with so many friends / former opponents, best reason to go by far. Sadly, squandered another EW main with garbage paper play, though I was really cooking with this Doomsday list. Also picked up a trial 5-0 w/ Pitch Black.

Broke the new year cold streak with a top4 finish in the Friday Legacy challenge. Testing a neat list I saw from @Munchlax446mtgo, but with a tweaked SB; mostly good, will keep working on it.

Hey gang, sorry for falling off over the summer. Job busy, format Grief-y, etc. Anywho, back at it w/ a Friday t4 w/ tempo dday. Not entirely convinced on creatures main, still working on pure spell combo, but, Frog was incredible throughout (not really surprising).

@pnh871 @monkeyscantcry @fireshoes I don’t usually bring in second seize vs tempo mirrors. You can also board down a force or 2 if you want seize/hydro depending on if it’s grixis. Against Scam I know Ethan doesn’t board out of doomsday on the play only on the draw. Hopefully scam is irrelevant in a few hours 🤞.

Finished 9th with Doomsday Frog Tamiyo in the showcase, played 74/75 same cards as @monkeyscantcry who ended 6-2 as well. Deck is awesome, give it a try. Need to strengthen up my tempo skills to win 1 more UB mirror next time.

Made a few changes to the sideboard of @MartinFSNielsen’s Doomsday list and finished 13th in the Friday night challenge. Fun list, still like having the multiple plans to pivot between right now.

@pnh871 Brainsurge is a fine card, but it's a 3 cmc card, and you don't want to have too many of those. You'd probably have to cut Archmage's charm to play it

@monkeyscantcry Nice! That seems like a pretty cool use of Tamiyo. I imagine that an uncracked clue post-Doomsday also being pretty good - will have to test her out :) And thanks for the answer regarding FoN. That makes really good sense.
