Governor can maximum ask Mamata Banerjee to resign, but the Governor can never force her to do so. If Didi does not resign, the Governor can recommend President's rule. In that case, no political party will be able to remain as the ruler in Bengal. Again we have to face election in that case

How is " erasure of votes most pressing issue" for you, is not understandable. Out of 90 lakh odd voters deleted around 60 lakhs are dead, migrated and not available category. Nobody has even objected to it since they are no longer available. Rest of the 30 lakhs are done under strict judicial scrutiny. So what is the most pressing issue for you. Nothing, but just say anything to make an issue.

Let me say so categorically. Regardless of the result, the erasure of voters is the most pressing issue for me and the logical discrepancy used by EC is an Orwellian feature being tested for future use in a dystopian democracy to select voters.

Section 3 a) of J&K Migrant Immobable ( Preservation, Protection and Restraint on Distress Sale) Act 1997 forbids any alienation of migrant land in Kashmir by an act of parties or a decree by court or revenue officer. Sec 3 b) declares any such alienation done previously as void and Sec 3 c) says no such document can be presented for registration. So any "sale" done in any manner is illegal and property can be claimed back by a migrant at anytime.

Kashmiri Hindus are reclaiming their land and those who had encroached their land are objecting to it Kashmiri Hindus must get back their land which is their right. Kashmir based politicians must help them free their land from encroachment

Several Pandits have been operating humanitarian work organisations in Kashmir valley disregarding the genocide of their community by the same people they are serving (admittedly under conspiracy of ISI) like Dr. Sushil Razdan treating neuro patients, Vijay Dhar running the best schools, Dr U Kaul running Gauri Heart centre treating cardiac patients etc. Pray tell me what are Kashmiri Muslims doing in return for Pandits. Leave aside an apology not even a single appeal for their return.Instead their target killing continued till recently. They assembled for collecting funds for Iran, but never assembled once in last 35 years to wish well of Pandits they massacred and kicked out. 2. The "Unity in diversity" so forcefully emphasized by FA was first decimated in his own state in 1990 long before @BJP4India govt came in power to which obviously he is hinting at. NC has come in power twice after that. What has it done for return of Kashmiri Pandits other than the usual epithat "Kashmir is empty without Kashmiri Pandits". I have have great respect for Farooq Sahib. When he speaks, he speaks from his heart but I'm speaking about the collective will of Kashmiris. Vandey Bharat train service between Jammu and Srinagar covering the distance in 4.5 hours, that took around 7-8 hours by car and 12 hours by bus, is a watershed moment in Kashmir's history. Jammu will now become an extension of Kashmir or vice versa. But it is unfortunate that the train and the tunnels are being guarded by RPF and ace commandos with a pilot security patrol van in advance . Normally any society would welcome such a great facility and never think of any damage to it. But not in Kashmir. Sure, majority of Kashmiris must be thinking likewise but don't have the courage to say it openly. Hope this integration with mainland will end the fear factor.
