At this point they are forcing me to “miss” my flight as it’s booked for the wrong destination and then blame it on me for missing my flight when I honestly don’t think anyone in their right mind would unwillingly fly to the wrong location. @TurkishAirlines

They manipulate you to believing they are helping to buy themselves time, then they make you think you have a resolution only to see they have closed your case. Absolutely no communication at all between them & customers. They want to upset you and lie to you. @TurkishAirlines

Seeing @TurkishAirlines play games is manipulative. They’ve been responding to me that they are escalating my feedback/ helping, but in the last few days the 2 feedback resolution I got are them just completing the form. Not a single word said. They are lying to their customers.

This just goes to show the customer care @TurkishAirlines has for its customers. The care is non existent. I am not getting on a plane that is flying to the wrong destination. I think anyone would feel the same. The incompetency of the airline has caused this trouble.

Its pathetic it takes @TurkishAirlines a week to help me resolve this. I feel fearful for any one of their kids or family when they need help and it takes them one week to attend to a matter to “come up” with a resolution. This is not how the world works, clearly they’re asleep.

I am not sure what do. Not flying to the wrong destination but also don’t want to lose the flight and buy a new one. @TurkishAirlines keep lying to me they are coming up with a resolution but it’s been a week. This is a complete lie.

Been almost a week I am battling with @TurkishAirlines. Responses are getting slow, 3 days + and still waiting for no resolution. Flight is in 48 hours flying to the wrong destination. Not my fault, I didn’t make the change. The airline won’t help me. I am in despair about this.

@maxi_boy_dal @TurkishAirlines Honestly I didn’t have a problem with them. I’d rather have a headset problem than having my flight booked to the wrong city with 0 responsibility taken. Now I’m flying to the wrong destination for a mistake that was not made by me. I don’t see how they CANT do anything about it.

…This specific time I need their help, they are completely unwilling to listen and to help. They ignore my request and are inhumane about it, they have no understanding and respect for the customer and are robotic in their service. There are no humans there!! @TurkishAirlines
