Masters thoughts... Many of the things that make the Masters special year in and year out failed this year. The app sucked, the broadcast was horrendous (both of them), and the golf purism that usually lets mother nature decide the conditions was nowhere to be seen. What Augusta did with a golf course that could have been as firm and fast as we've ever seen (in the absence of wind, it still would have been fair) was disgraceful And yet... the golf delivered yet again. The leaderboard, the moments, and the deserving champion were all there as they always are. Even at its worst, the Masters is incredible (but seriously, fix your shit @TheMasters)
