Some of these 1982 photos of The Fall in Auckland will be exhibited at the @fallfuturepast festival in Manchester, 5-7 June 2026. I like the idea these images have made a 44 year journey, and they will be there, where it all began, with @hanleyPa @Stephenhanley6 and @marcrileydj

Forty years today since L'Affaire Greenpeace began. This was taken a year later, of the refloated but derelict Rainbow Warrior tied up at North Wharf. The ship is now 27 meters underwater at Matauri Bay. The sheds on the left are now bars and restaurants.
