Top 15 LRs in the game.
I am satisfied with the strength level of all the Anni characters except for SSJ3 Vegeta. I wish he had a little more.
SSJ4 Vegeta is extremely borderline top 5, I could easily see Future Gohan or Kaiku above him, given the current content.

@PoeticSorrowx @DaTruthDT Nah, if you got them already, one dupe won't do too much, if you want to give them potential system stats, use equips (farm them from the whis even if you don't have decent ones) I'd suggest getting a recent unit you don't already have, or saving if you got all the ones listed

@DaTruthDT Ex supers are a GREAT way to give turs a second super attack like lrs. Hoping they'll use this opportunity to give awakenings to old units, like summonable srs and give them new attacks with ex supers too. Like the ss bardock that transforms into ss3 bardock as ssr

@SeeReax Side note, I think this could be the new xv3, since ther've been a load of xv3 leaks from supposedly reliable sources a bunch- especially recently, THIS game seems to have been in development for over a decade (from what other comments say) and xv2 dlc looks to be ending soon.

@SeeReax My guess is conton is destroyed, the time patrol is expanded (as it does from xv1 to 2), then the TP divides into factions, where the GS comes in from his uniform. Maybe Galactic Security or something like that, so you might be able to choose a faction to join from start

XV1 was just called "Dragon Ball New Project"
XV2 released super soon after XV1 so no codename was given.
DBZ Kakarot was called "Project Z" - and so on.
Idk for sure, but my guess is they dont wanna directly say XV3 before selling the final XV2 DLC pack.

Even as a known meathead purist if you are reading the manga you don’t NEED to skip anything. Toriyamas comedic timing comes through and it’s a great read.
