@BehizyTweets I've always loved #YMCA, partly because it's a really catchy and fun disco tune but mainly because of what the #VillagePeople and the song's lyrics stood for - diversity, equality and inclusion #DEI. It's ironic beyond belief that @POTUS has now adopted it as his anthem! 🤣🤣🤣

WATCH: Tens of thousands of Brits packed the streets of London, blasting & dancing to YMCA in honor of President Trump. Many wore bright red MEGA hats: "Make England Great Again." Trump really made YMCA the world's anthem for freedom.

I was standing in their shoes in #Durham almost 45 years ago. (Where have those years gone?) No obvious ethnic diversity here, but quite a striking gender balance in this particular group of recruits. The reality is that #policing is a great career for young women and men alike.

Last night we welcomed 2⃣4⃣ new police officer recruits into the force at an official attestation ceremony. Officers received their warrant cards and were officially sworn in by a magistrate. They will now undertake 18 weeks of training before joining the beat.

Congratulations and thank you to @DurhamPolice for opening their Training Centre to @bbc5live and @chriswarburton_ today, giving a great insight into the varied aspects of police training. All of the officers interviewed sounded very professional and thoroughly engaging.
