Everyone is obsessed with protein right now. And I get it. Protein matters. But nobody is talking about fat. And I think that silence is why so many people are stalling, exhausted, always hungry, and wondering what they are doing wrong. Here is what fat actually does: Your brain is roughly 60% fat by dry weight. Not a little fat. Most of it. Fat is the raw material your brain, your nerve fibers, and your hormones are built from. Vitamins A, D, E, and K are fat-soluble. That means without fat in your meal, your body cannot properly absorb them. You can be eating all the right things and still be deficient because there is no fat to carry those nutrients into your bloodstream. Fat stabilizes blood sugar. Fat produces the hormones that tell your brain you are full. Fat is how your body runs without spiking insulin every few hours. I believe years of low-fat eating contributed to that. Your gallbladder needs fat to contract and empty properly. When it does not get fat, bile sits there and thickens. Over time, it crystallizes. Now I've heard of two cases of euthanasia where a girl was put in a mental institution and then got raped by the other patients. - Dutch Milou Verhoof (17), euthanized in 2023, raped at age 13 & at 16. Her parents put her in the mental hospital & later called the euthanasia doctor. - Spanish Noelia Castillo Ramos (25), to be euthanized today, gang raped at age 22. Isn't it obvious what this is all about? Girls traumatized by societal neglect, lack of care, and diverse rapists. Their societies are to blame. And perhaps neglectful parents.
