Something i always think about, if the knight is literally dess and not some "born from her fears" bs, did friend trained her? Did he teached the secrets of the dark, like turning into a ball, or she did it on her own?

@FoursideKM Okay so Gaster is the Angel and he is currently in Heaven outside of the normal world, but will fall into his creation, Deltarune, when the Angel's Heaven is banished, meeting with his desire, Us

I'm not sure what the consensus is but do we still think gaster is like chilling in the bunker or does he sorta exist beyond the game? Do kris, carol and the knight like chill out with him?

@polygloid @The_Cramiena No, I was just saying that it probably isn’t meant to be us reaching the end because IF we are the angel, it’s explicitly clear that there’s more to the story after that. I think we can rule out that one option is all.

Really, try and think of what us and our "heaven" being "banished" could mean under the context that we meet a desire and the final prophecy after that. You'd think we'd be able to contextualize this stuff

@polygloid @The_Cramiena Idk, I’m certain it can work. We really have no idea how things will go. And if we’re meant to find out what the tragedy is, which happens AFTER the angel has been banished and met with its desire, then whatever the “desire” is meant to be can’t literally be the end of the game.

@ScotTVGamer @The_Cramiena That's part of why playerangel isn't good, it needs the banishing of the angel, its heaven, and meeting its desire to be just the end of the game, when it isn't even the final prophecy. Big nothingburger considering we know the game is gonna end

@polygloid @The_Cramiena After the banishment of a potentially big antagonistic force at the end of the game. Even more so if it is the player. U.S. getting banished could just be the end of the game, or we just sit back and see everything play out without any input.

@utdrtakes Castletown is distinct from other fountains, allowing all darkners and being littered with angel imagery, so good chance that one was Gaster. Also there's a reasonable chance the Knight got Alvin to make the ch4 fountain in order to revive Gerson

@ScotTVGamer @The_Cramiena Gaster. Lucifer AKA the Devil is a fallen angel. It also translates to "lightbringer, morning star", obviously the connection being 666. The Angel's "desire" is us the player, him being "banished" is the event of him falling into his creation - Deltarune - from Heaven

I like other knight theories more than most people do but one of the weirder things that makes me lean towards dess knight is all the earthbound shit surrounding both characters. This would feel kinda meaningless to me if the knight is one of the holiday parents
