@coltonalmighty @HeelsYes I dont get this "if he is back" stuff at all. You go to the tournament based on your record. Changing that because someone is hurt is shameful. It isnt like a team with 3 lottery picks who were all hurt all season would get in with a 13-19 record just because they were back.

So now Scheyer has openly lied twice: 1. Claiming a staffer was punched and it was proven that it never happened. 2. NCAAT commissioner said Duke got the overall #1 seed because they would be 100% healthy for the tournament, BUT Foster is out and now Ngongba is not back.

@HeelsYes I do not understand this "if this guy is available" seeding. The team plays the games. The team wins and loses. The team goes to the tournament. If you didnt have the #1 player until April and lost 16 games, they wouldn't give a 1 seed just because he is playing.

@TAshleyIC Why is it that Boopie balls out when he sees UNC but is exceptionally mid in this do-or-die game? There is a trend of guards having career nights throwing in 30 footers against UNC.

So two ACC teams that won their Super Bowl in Jan/Feb can’t get out of Dayton and see the real NCAAT. The league is so bad overall. So bad.

@RealEmirHan Definitely not a remake. In fact, the style and emphasis are so different that they barely tell the same story.

QUENTIN TARANTINO refuses to watch Denis Villeneuve's DUNE movies "I saw David Lynch’s Dune a few times. I don’t need to see that story again.“ Denis Villeneuve said: “I don’t care. What I did was not a remake.”

@TheBlueHairCure @JohnMassingale4 @CinemaTweets1 Odd that they never made a Matrix sequel. And I always thought they would make another Terminator after Terminator 2. I dont get Hollywood. They didnt even make a followup after Alien and Aliens. Wild, because they were so good.

Do you think it’s possible that the Dune Trilogy could compete with The Lord of the Rings Trilogy? I’m genuinely asking if we might one day compare these sagas. Dune doesn’t have the #Oscars LOTR does, but that could change in one year. Either way, this generation has its trilogy

I enjoyed watching this Paul Ehrlich clip with @ambermarieduke and watching her grow more and more obviously furious as his ideas escalate from "stigmatize large families" to "mandate one-child policy". RIP to a pathological anti-humanity agenda...

@Rach_IC “Scattershot” sounds like “here’s a hundred ways the system is flawed and can be taken advantage of”. No calls to fix the holes. Just a mocking of anyone pointing them out.

Demanding an opinion when you don’t have all the facts is silly to me. It’s like people who call you a flip flopper when you changed your mind on a subject after new information comes out. Wait and see is the most logical take on what’s going on. We don’t have the info Trump has. Maybe he made a generational blunder. Maybe he’s crazy like a fox. I don’t know.

I think there’s a way to pull off a victory which is why I’m not going hard against. And I don’t have a magic wand. So wouldn’t even matter if I did. We have better leadership, smarter people. Some call this fence sitting. I don’t really care. I’m regularly called much worse.

I was pretty disappointed when I saw Flash Gordon. I went in expecting Star Wars; the style and the aesthetic was too tongue-in-cheek and I didn't understand that it was more camp than a straight adventure story. I loved the soundtrack. I enjoy the movie now, of course. I had read Dune by the time the 1984 movie came out, so I had a better idea of what I was going to see and loved it. But also... Ornella Muti.

@Variety Pixar used to be such a joy. Every scene was well thought out and beautiful. The stories were both fun and touching. The characters memorable. Now? The worst criticism possible. I didnt even bother watching the last 2.
