The first call that I made on Tuesday 18/06/24 at Tata sky to lodge a complaint till today I have been told they have escalated the matter on priority basis with only one technician visit done to resolve one box but instead after the visit all our 3 setup boxes are not working

Pathetic service given by TATa Sky team to the consumers! It’s really disheartening to see that the back end team at Tata sky , every single day that I have called from last Tuesday ( 18th June 2024) has been reading the 5-6 templates of apologies and assurances with no work!
