Putin acting confused about Finland joining NATO is one of the funniest propaganda performances of his career. Finland stayed neutral for decades. Then Putin invaded Ukraine and reminded every country bordering Russia exactly why they needed protection from Russia. Nobody expanded NATO more effectively than Vladimir Putin himself.
