@PostOffice So why have you prevented counters giving change for a note unless you have an account and can charge the bank for a transaction which doesn't impact your bottom line one jot. Changing one denomination of legal tender for another should not be so hard!

Every birthday we send to London way never arrives, @PostOffice because after it’s posted a post office employee thinks it’s ok to open it thinking there would be some notes in there. Now having to write NO MONEY IN ENVELOPE, wondered if they can read

@PostOffice I was assured via email on the 8th March that a renewal travel card would be with me within 3 days. It never arrived. I shall now remove all currency from existing card and put the funds into my bank. Then cut the travel card in half. I cannot abide poor service.

Hey @PostOffice Can you please fix your Branch Finder! Opening times shown should reflect when the PostOffice services are open, and not when the corner shop is open. Eg:Drove a fair few miles on Sunday at 3pm after checking postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder/…, but the PO counter was closed!

Hi @PostOffice do you encourage your postmasters to rip the public off? I clearly asked for a letter to be sent recorded delivery. I was charged £9.25 for special delivery.

@PostOffice @CatMonnington Which stamps are refused i had a card put through my door someone sent me a birthday card with the Queens head on a first class stamp, saying not enough postage, i was out of the country tried to have it redirected but the date is too far away ?

I bought a small Mother’s Day card which I was going to post. Went to buy a stamp. Apparently (despite being smaller than a standard letterbox) it’s classed as a large letter. Over £3 to post to a neighbouring county. So I didn’t, I’ll email it to my mother instead @PostOffice
