@FyresDrago24581 @SlimerSlimy Survival mode is not a normal sandbox it’s built to create friction between the player and the creative aspect. After 3 hours the game is just earning the sand for the box. You can only stretch out those 3 hours for 2 week at most before people understandably get bored.

@Homie_Greninja @SlimerSlimy That’s the problem man. If the game mode that’s supposed to add friction between breaking and placing blocks is uninteresting or negligible it’s basically playing creative where you have to earn the sand for your box. Hence 3 hour loop, hence 2 week phases

@postsbyjb @SlimerSlimy Survival Mode is barely "survival" to begin with. The world is still entirely yours to sculpt, there are just more physical limitations put on you.

It takes like 2 tries to get a Fortune 3 pick with efficiency 4 yet it takes significantly longer to build a villager breeder and keep resetting said villager for Fortune 3

@postsbyjb @SlimerSlimy If you just build farms and beat the Ender Dragon then ofc you get bored after 3 hours. Minecrafts playability scales with creativity. Actively avoiding the games biggest strength then complaining that it's boring doesn't make sense
