Choosing to believe that literally everything is a message from the universe makes life so much more fun! I got yelled at to get tf out of the way at the grocery store. That was the universe reminding me that everyone has a life just as busy and complex as mine. How beautiful <3

@ayevch I definitely relate - it seems contentment leads to complacency, and I often wonder what the line is between enjoying life and living in the moment vs. not letting yourself get too comfortable that you lose ambition/drive I find myself limiting how happy I let myself be

One thing I'm really afraid of in life is comfort. I'm afraid that in enjoying the present, I'll lose my ambition for the future. And when I get there, I'll be asking myself where all of the hopes and dreams for the future went.

It’s so frustrating and I can’t think of a reason they would make the sizer so tiny besides forcing people to pay $100 for a carry-on. But anyway they can’t really do anything about you holding your clothes while they size it so that’s how I avoid the fee, it’s just so annoying

The baggage sizer for “personal items” on Flair airlines is unreasonably tiny. I took half my clothes out of my bag so it’d fit in the sizer and carried the clothes to security, then put them all back in my bag before boarding and it still easily fit under the seat in front of me

@CWoznow YES I noticed this too and have been so confused and appalled by it…glad someone pointed it out. On the bright side it has made me stop going on reels altogether because I just kept seeing this and it would make me feel terrible and negative about the world lol

Instagram has gotten out of hand. The algorithm will have videos of unassuming people living life blow up to millions of views through people commenting disgusting hate exclusively. I am not talking about content creators posting videos to the world, I am talking about Moms posting videos of their overweight kids on their personal accounts for their family and friends to see. I have even seen accounts with 100k+ followers that simply repost videos which had locked comment sections so that people can comment horrible things on them. The problem is that the worse the comment is, the more engagement it gets. TikTok is somehow completely clean of all this garbage from what I have seen - well done TikTok

My inner dialogues operates as if it were a second person speaking to me. For ex: today I was checking how much time I had to make a bus transfer and in my head I said “we still have 8 minutes” instead of “I still have 8 minutes”. Very curious how common this is! Do you use:
