Managing a hedge fund was never on my bucket list. I started as a boba store cashier at 15. I created a marketing agency at 16. I joined Amway at 18 (lol). I did Amazon FBA shortly thereafter. I became a personal trainer at 19. Funny how life works huh?

@CoachThisath You'll always say no to something when you have something more important to say yes to. This article does an awesome job explaining that!!

Clay cats singing jazz. Window cleaners battling sheep thieves. Aardman Collection II proves stop-motion animation thrives on absurdist darkness and frisky romance. Hell included. No handbag left behind.

This 12th-century "Virgin & Child" was carved in a spirit of devotion. In the same era, Gregorian chant was echoing through cathedrals across Europe. Sacred art & sacred sound, born in the same spiritual time period. Curious about Gregorian Chant? 1st comment👇

@bit_doug Inflation is killer. I'm curious, how did you determine that Bitcoin is the future, and what made you bullish on it?

Last night we went out for a “cheap” Mexican dinner. 2 adults. 2 kids. No alcohol. $75 bill. $90 after tip. Not long ago, this same meal was ~$40. This is why we don’t eat out much anymore. This is inflation. Bitcoin is the only thing that makes sense to me anymore.

Banking centralization mirrors religious institutionalization. Both began with good intentions. Both eventually separated people from direct participation. Both need reformation. The next era should restore direct connection: peer-to-peer value, peer-to-peer meaning, fewer intermediaries, more responsibility.

Saturday nights in the 80s meant five films for ten dollars at the video store. You could spend an hour just walking the aisles. Porky's next to Under Fire. Lone Wolf McQuade beside Trading Places. Genre didn't matter. Quality was negotiable. The hunt was everything.

If you don't have time to exercise every day, read this: Every client I've worked with, whether they're a CEO or stay-at-home mom, has told me the same thing: "I don't have time to exercise." And my honest response every time is: "You're completely right. You don't have time." Because the truth is, when you believe you don't have time to workout, your actions will reflect that. Think about it. If you weren't religious, would you go to church? Exactly. Your beliefs will manifest through your actions. But there's a simple solution for this. Reframe and rewire your beliefs. Instead of thinking, "I don't have time to workout..." Flip it to: "I'm going to find the time to workout, even if it's 45, 30, 20, or even 10 minutes." Because if you make excuses, you get to keep them. And they will benefit nobody—especially not yourself. And yes, you can still get awesome results with a killer 10 minute workout. Here's an sample program in case you wanted one: Instructions: Do each exercise below for 30 seconds, max intensity. Rest 30 seconds between each exercise. Repeat for two rounds. Pushups Split Squats High Knees Chair Tricep Dips Chair Squats The beautiful thing? Once you become aware of your limiting beliefs and learn to flip them, you can apply this to every area of your life. "I don't have the patience" turns into "I am a very patient person." "Meal prep is boring and bland" turns into "My meal prep has lots of variety and is delicious." " It's okay if I eat that one cookie" turns into "I am a healthy person who never gives into cravings, no matter how big or small." And that's the game. Build awareness -> Reframe your beliefs -> Take action based on those beliefs -> Results. This is the secret to building a healthy lifestyle. It's building a new, healthy identity: You 2.0. ✍🏼 How are you going to find time to exercise this week? ♻️ If you found this useful, feel free to share it!
