Yes, within the UK to escape bombings. Most of the countries these "refugees" arriving across the channel from are far larger than the UK and are either NOT suffering armed conflict and are definitely Not suffering carpet bombing raids. Therefore, they could relocate within their own country as the British did during WWII.
