The North American job market is not what people think. I. ATS is your first barrier. Most companies use the same 3–5 hiring software systems. If one ATS rejects you, every company using that vendor may reject you, too. Your test data stays in the system for 330 days, marking you “high risk” everywhere. II. Many job postings are fake. Over the years, those words have started making more sense to me. As fathers, we are always looking out for our families and everyone who depends on us. We focus so much on providing, protecting, and solving problems that we often forget ourselves. We forget to have fun, pursue the things we love, do the things that make us happy, and take care of our health. So, on this Father’s Day, I want to remind all fathers out there not to forget to take care of themselves. You have to be alive, healthy, and happy to be able to give those things to people you love. It's Fathers' Day morning in Canada 🇨🇦 too. My daughter painted me a card and gave it to me last night because she'd still be sleeping when I stepped out to leave for work this morning. To be a girls' dad is sweetly twisted. You will always receive the female extras and dramas from them and their moms.😭 She told me to read it this morning. Opening it today, I saw a very sweet message which still came with a demand attached. I would call it a lovely demand too 😂. Women will always love you with hidden terms and conditions.
